What is your turnaround time?

Typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed, and starts when your order is paid for, and we have all the information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order, and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Tee Time Sportswears control (i.e., weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

How much is shipping?

A standard box holds 72 t-shirts and weighs around 32 pounds. you can estimate how much it is going to cost by using your area code and ours (64119). We only charge actual shipping costs; there are no “handling” fees.

How do I Prep My digital files

Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, TIF, EPS, AI, PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print.

Art must be completed and approved before your order can be printed.

What is the proof/approval process?

On all new orders, we will be sending you an art proof for your review. This proof will state the size, Pantone colors, and overall location of your print job. Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved, we will be printing exactly that.

What can you print besides shirts?

Most types of garments can be printed depending on the print location. We print t-shirts, hats, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, underwear, schoolwear, baby clothes, aprons, towels, denim, leather, and anything else! Feel free to ask!

Do you print sports jerseys?

Yes, we can print team jerseys for just about every sport out there. We also have access to some of the top sublimation companies in the country for unique designs on your sports organization's uniforms. Check out our team uniforms page here.

How and when do I pay

Your payment must be received in full before your order is printed. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, and  credit/debit cards. You will be emailed an invoice with a link for payment after your project has been approved for print.

What are your hours of operation?

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. All phone calls and emails received after 6pm will be returned the next business day.

Can I setup a store for my organization to order from.

Yes, we can setup an online store for your organization to order from directly and take the guesswork out of trying to get sizes from everyone and having to keep track of a paper order form.

What if I want a garment that's not listed?

We are able to order from many different distributors nationally. Please visit our catalog or email us and we can help you decide.

What if I need more than 4 colors printed?

If more than 4 colors are required for your printed garment we utilize a technique called DTF printing or Direct to film. Your image is printed onto a sheet of polyester film in full color then the backside of the image is coated with an adhesive so that it can be heat pressed onto the garment. The colors are very vibrant and hold up as well as screen printing after many washing cycles.

Missing shirts, what happened?

Due to the nature of screen printing, shirts can be damaged during production. All orders should consider for a 3% under run or error rate. We are not responsible for this shortage though you will not be charged for missing shirts. Please keep this in mind when planning your project and always try to order extra.

What if my artwork file is blurry before sending it?

Not to worry, we can cleanup your low resolution artwork to make it crisp and clear. For $20 per image we will have your file upscaled to the proper parameters needed for printing. We will also send you a copy of the resized file for future use.

Does the shirt cost increase with the addition of colors in the design?

Yes, printing a single color design is more cost effective than printing a multi-color design. If a one color design requires a base ink layer of white to provide for a brighter look (usually with dark garments), then it will be considered a 2-color design.
